#DIESE planning software went live New York's Carnegie Hall

We are delighted to announce that this summer #DIESE went live with New York City’s prestigious Carnegie Hall!

New York’s most iconic venue has chosen #DIESE as their planning system for their world-class programme of performances and events. A six-month project, run almost entirely during lockdown, allowed Carnegie Hall to replace their legacy planning system with a modern, easy to use SaaS solution.

Utilising our REST API, #DIESE is now integrated with their budgeting system, Tessitura (CRM and Ticketing), and website.

Planning information, previously difficult to access when off site, can now be accessed easily and remotely by the 250 named users, perfect for when visiting the office isn’t an option.

#DIESE now contains 20 years of historical events, as well as the exciting line up for the coming seasons.

#DIESE helps Carnegie Hall report on their subscription series, organise artistic and development credits and manage thousands of artists, agents and sponsors.
