DIESE takes its first bite of the Big Apple

DIESE planning software is now live at Carnegie Hall, New York City.
We are excited to announce that in the summer of 2020, DIESE went live at this prestigious venue to manage its world-class programme of performances and events.

A modern solution for an ambitious project

The six-month project, carried out almost entirely during lockdown, allowed Carnegie Hall to replace its legacy planning system with a modern, easy-to-use SaaS solution.

Using DIESE’s REST API, the software is fully integrated with:

  • Carnegie Hall’s budgeting system
  • Tessitura (CRM and ticketing)
  • the official website

Now, planning information that was previously hard to access off-site is available remotely for all 250 named users, making it perfect for times when visiting the office isn’t possible.

A complete database for artistic management

DIESE contains 20 years of historical events, along with the exciting line-up for upcoming seasons.

The software helps Carnegie Hall to:

  • track subscription series
  • organize artistic and development credits
  • manage thousands of artists, agents, and sponsors

With DIESE, staff scheduling and event management become centralized, streamlined, and accessible anywhere.
