Palais de Tokyo’s Information-Sharing Challenge

The Parisian art centre Palais de Tokyo now uses #DIESE to manage all its activities, both inside and outside the building.

Facing the Eiffel Tower, Palais de Tokyo is the largest European centre for contemporary artistic creation. Since its reopening in 2012, it has offered exhibitions, performances, concerts, and educational workshops.

Essential Coordination

To operate smoothly, thirteen departments must collaborate in real time. Therefore, at the end of 2020, the Palais launched a project to improve information-sharing and streamline communication between teams.

The chosen solution was #DIESE, a centralized and collaborative tool.

A Fully Remote Project

Thanks to the team’s excellent work, the project was completed entirely remotely.
By February 2021, the system went live. Now, all departments can create and edit activities in a single shared tool.

Moreover, teams can plan projects well in advance, including exhibitions, PR campaigns, and room bookings, to optimize space management.

Custom Alerts for Smooth Operations

#DIESE sends custom alerts to prevent disturbances.
For example, it warns users if an activity in one space could affect others.
This feature is particularly useful given the open architecture of the Palais de Tokyo.

A Cloud Solution for Remote Work

The cloud-based #DIESE software makes remote collaboration easy.
It allows departments to track schedules, manage projects, and organize activities efficiently and safely.

We thank the Palais de Tokyo team for their work and look forward to the full reopening of the building.
