The Finnish National Opera and Ballet (FNOB) manages over 500 staff and 1,000 artist contracts annually. Guest artists, orchestra, choir, and ballet performers all require precise scheduling and payroll management.
By centralizing these processes in #DIESE, FNOB improved coordination and reliability across all teams.

The COB module for Choir, Orchestra, and Ballet integrates with technical and administrative scheduling. This ensures:

700 Payroll Rules Configured
FNOB runs two monthly payroll cycles with diverse contracts. Nearly 700 payroll rules are configured in #DIESE. Variables are generated from approved schedules and exported automatically. Scheduling and payroll now share the same data.
Special Feature: Ballet Role Positioning
Some ballet productions require numbered positions within a role. This feature allows:
- Assigning positions to each dancer
- Displaying positions in attendance sheets and MyDiese
- Including them in reports and exports
